After four years at Hutchison Telephone, Anna was offered the position as the Regional Corporate Communications Manager for Motorola Asia Pacific Limited. For three years at Motorola, she had an opportunity to utilise her skills on a regional and corporate level for the US multinational. She coordinated 200 marketers in 15 countries in strategic regional marketing communications and global initiatives. She was responsible for a sizeable cross company marketing budget.

In 1999, Anna created an award-winning Motorola Asia Pacific Region internet site which utilized exposure on feer.com, cnbcasia.com, awsj.com and on yahoo.com reaching 4 million internet surfers.

In terms of marketing communications, she produced regional corporate publications for Motorola businesses based in the Asia Pacific region and co-produced an award-winning "Motorola in Asia" corporate video.

She was in charge of regional advertising, and developed with an ad agency, the first-ever tollbooth advertising campaign in Bangkok, Thailand.

She single-handedly implemented a regional employee communications programme with the human resources community to announce the launch of the global "WINGS" advertising campaign to 40,000 Motorola employees in 15 countries. She worked closely with HR directors and trainers around the Asia Pacific region.

For press relations, she organised press conferences in Phnom Penh, Cambodia (Motorola and The Halo Trust- a demining NGO); and in Hong Kong for the launch of the “Wings” global advertising programme.

She developed reference information for the global and regional government relations executives used for lobbying the US government.
