Anna was the Public Relations consultant for the Matilda Sedan Chair Race Charities Fund for nearly 4 years on a pro bono basis. In the first years, Anna utilised a student team and friends to assist her on the PR and Publicity for the event. In the past year, she utilised a student team from City University of Hong Kong's English and Communication Programme to support her on the PR and Publicity for the November and March events plus for supplementary marketing projects. 

The Matilda Sedan Chair Race Charities Fund raises an average of HK$2.5 million and helps about 25 local charities. In the past year, the Sedan Chair Race's PR and Publicity Programme won an award of Excellence from APEX (USA). Under her direction, the team accrued over US$300,000 in media value and coverage reaching over 22 million viewers and readers. 

In her four years being the PR consultant she helped to change it from being viewed as an expat event to a local event with increased coverage in the local and China press and more coverage in the general and tourist media.

She is very professional but also works from the heart and has given much of her time and expertise to help target the message of our mission, to help Hong Kong's struggling and smaller charities through the Sedan Chair Race, to the media".
