The Hong Kong Association of Business and Professional Women was a sponsoring organisation for the American Chamber of Commerce in Hong Kong's "Women of Influence" Conference in 2004 through Anna Fang. The conference was a half day highlighting subjects such as leadership, how to advance in your career, how to manage your career and the mentor relationship. Special speakers included Linda Tischler of Fast Company Magazine, Rosemary Howard of TelstraClear Ltd and Dr. Rosanna Wong, Chair, Education Commission of Hong Kong. The conference also named the American Chamber of Commerce's Woman Entrepreneur of the Year, Professional of the Year, and Best Company for Woman.

Anna Fang is a member of the American Chamber of Commerce and worked closely with the Chamber staff on this high profile women's business event.
