Anna Fang supervised a team of final year students from the Young Agency (TYA) doing the PR and Publicity for the Matilda Sedan Chair Race Charities Fund from November 2003-March 2004. TYA of Hong Kong Baptist University is a non-credit-bearing practicum designed to function as a public relations and advertising organisation. It was formed and managed by second and third year Public Relations and Advertising students. The management staff is selected by the students and supervised by a Public Relations and Advertising faculty member. Modeled on the structure of a typical advertising and public relations company, TYA also handles externally commissioned projects or assignments by lecturers.

This workshop allows students to gain practical experience by participating in the planning and execution of actual public relations and advertising programmes. Students become familiar with the techniques of objective-setting, evaluation, research, and strategy-selection by way of a case-study approach and a campaign-planning approach to the Option content.

TYA is a network of public relations and advertising students - from freshmen to fresh graduates (Year One to Year Three) divided into four teams. Each team is a mixture of talents, including Account Servicing, Creative, Media Relations, Research and Public Relations. The four teams take turns in taking projects from clients of different companies.
