For the Hong Kong Police Force, she trained police officers in a management program organised by the Poon Kam Kai Institute of Management. Her module on the media was how to handle the media in challenging public situations.
For the Hong Kong Institute of Human Resource Management, she ran a half day workshop to Human Resource directors about how the media works and how they can act in collaboration with their Corporate Communication departments to disseminate the same message to their employees during a crisis and for global initiatives.
Her half day public relations and media seminars cover public relations, corporate image building, examples of good and bad public relations and how to deal with crisis situations that may face corporations.
