Currently, Anna Fang is a member of the Public Relations Committee of BPW International and a member of the Mentoring Taskforce of BPW International. She is also the Content Editor for the mentoring web section on the BPW International web site.

Anna has been active with the Hong Kong Association of Business and Professional Women since she joined the organisation in 1996 and dramatically raised the profile of the Association when she was president during the years of 1997-2003. She is the co-founder of the Hong Kong Association of Business and Professional Women's Mentoring Programme in 2003/2004.

Her other community passion is the Matilda Sedan Chair Race which assists over 25 local charities. She was an active supporter as their award-winning PR consultant from 2002-2005.

In addition, she is a member of various Hong Kong business organisations and international associations.
