Anna Fang has won an Award of Excellence from APEX™ (USA) for the HKABPW 25th Anniversary Booklet under the category of  "One-of-a-Kind Print Publications".

APEX™ Awards are based on excellence in graphic design, editorial design, editorial content and the ability to achieve overall communications excellence.

With close to 5,000 entries, competition was exceptionally intense. 100 Grand Awards were presented to honour outstanding work in all 11 major categories with 1,523 Awards of Excellence recognising exceptional entries in 109 subcategories.

Most of the entries were from the US and Canada, and the Hong Kong Association of Business and Professional Women's was one of the few from Asia.

HKABPW's 25th Anniversary Gala Cocktail and Dinner, October 2004

In 2004, Anna and a few key HKABPW members organised the 25th Anniversary of the Hong Kong Association of Business and Professional Women.

To highlight the past 25 years in Hong Kong, the 25th Anniversary Committee produced a 36-page commemorative publication which detailed HKABPW's contribution, in the fields of legislation and education, towards raising the status of women within Hong Kong and widening the educational opportunities available to them. Half of the monies from the corporate advertisements were donated to Harmony House's “Women Empowerment and Services" training programmes.

The Committee organised a gala celebration with top Hong Kong women in attendance such as Anna Wu, former chair of the Equal Opportunities Commission; Anson Chan, former Chief Secretary; Emily Lau, legislative councillor; Christine Loh, former legislative councillor; and Maria Tam (First President of HKABPW and Hong Kong representative to the National People's Congress). Over 150 guests from the Hong Kong business community, Hong Kong government and other women's organisations attended. Past presidents of HKABPW and BPW members residing in the UK, France, Austria, Taiwan and China flew in for the special event.
