Anna Fang is a past member of the BPW International Public Relations Committee (2005-2008) and assisted the BPW International president in the editing of the BPW International membership brochure among other corporate communication materials.

BPW International Website

Anna headed the effort to edit and proofread the BPW International website in preparation for it to be judged in the 2008 APEX™ Awards for Publication Excellence Competition (USA). Anna organised a virtual worldwide team that helped to proofread, edit and check the BPW International website in preparation for that team to win an international award.

In the summer of 2008, the BPW International web site won an Award of Excellence from the Awards for Publication Excellence (APEX™) under the category of "Most Improved Website". To read more about the award won by BPW International web site, click here.

Mentoring Taskforce

Anna Fang is the past Chairperson of the BPW International Taskforce for 2008. Her significant contribution to the Taskforce was coordinating the building of a website which publicized the Mentoring Programs in over 25 BPW countries around the world.

Media Relations

Through her efforts, she pitched the BPW International president's profile to ReviewAsia Magazine and the following story was published:

"The Software of Gender Equality - Thailand's Woman of Independent Means," ReviewAsia Magazine, November 2007. This article is part of a "Women of Influence" series on outstanding and influential women around the Asia Pacific region. Dr. Viravan outlines the aims and goals of BPW International and some of the current causes and crises facing women around the world to veteran writer and editor Winsome Lane. ReviewAsia Magazine is a regional news and feature publication published out of Hong Kong.

She also assisted the BPW International President's office on the following tasks and projects in 2006-2008:

• Translation of a Taiwanese newspaper article from Mandarin to English on the BPW International President (November 2007)
• Assisted on the editing of the BPW International brochure (English version)

• Assisted in the writing the script for the BPW International video which was shown at the 26th BPW International Congress
• Assisted in the editing of BPW International documents for the BPW International Congress
